Who, ME?

Have you ever sent in your pages for publication? Have you ever applied to be on a designer's or a shop's creative team? I have, and let me tell you more times than not I haven't been chosen. For the wonderful few times any of my pages were chosen for publication I feel incredibly blessed. The few times that I did apply for a designer's creative team member slot I did so not expecting much, but just thought I'd give it a shot anyway.

Well, last week I received a most wonderful email from HeatherB (and Nicole Seitler) of The Digichick asking ME to join their shop's Creative Team. To say that I was shocked would be a major understatement. I was floored and of course the first thought through my head was that it was some big mistake. They couldn't possibly want me!

But through some miracle it turns out that they do! So, of course, I said Yes, yes, yes! I am now officially a DigiChick! I am honored to be asked and will do my best to highlight your wonderful designs. Thank you so very much!!!

雑誌のリーダーギャラリーに掲載するため自分の作品を投稿した事がありますか？好きなお店やデザイナーのCreative Team Memberになれたらいいな～と思った事がありますか？私は両方とも事があるけど、ほとんどの応募した時に選ばれなかったです。2，3回選ばれた時に本当に運が良かったなの気がしました。

先週、大変驚きのメールをもらいました。The Digichick のHeatherB はクリエーチヴ チームメンバー になりませんか？と誘われました！最初は人間違えじゃないかな～と思った。私を誘っているわけは無いでしょう。しかし、確認して結局本当の事だった。もちろん、もちろんクリエーチヴ チームに参加したいです！誘ってくれて心から嬉しいです。頑張りま～す！
